2019 Dog License Payments are NOT to be included with your property tax payment.

 

Issue a separate check payable to the Town of Dayton. Include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) and copy of your vet rabies vaccination receipt is required.                          ALL dogs are required to be licensed by April 1, 2019 or a $5.00 late fee will apply.

 

$10.00 per dog  – If Spayed or Neutered $5.00 per dog

 

Mail to: Town of Dayton, E620 Mynard Rd, Waupaca WI 54981 or drop all your renewal information & SASE at the Dayton Town Hall Your 2019 dog license & tag will be sent to you in the SASE.
