All public roads in the Town of Dayton are the responsibility of the Town of Dayton Town Board. The Town of Dayton employees part-time employees for routine maintenance such as sign replacement, tree trimming, and pot hole patching. The town also contracts with both private contractors and the Waupaca County Highway Department for road planning, road construction, and road maintenance including snow plowing.
