The Town of Dayton has contracted assessment services with Accurate Appraisal, LLC to complete a Revaluation for 2015 of all residential and commercial properties.

The following dates for ‘Open Book’ & ‘Board of Review’ have been set:

OPEN BOOK

July 15:   Noon – 3:30 PM  &  4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

July 16:   9:00 AM – Noon  &  1 PM – 3 PM

BOARD OF REVIEW

August 26:  4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
