A public hearing will be held on January 18, 2022 at 5:30 pm regarding a request to amend the Dayton Comprehensive Plan Preferred Land Use map classification from “Residential” to “Commercial” for the property located at E1115 County Rd E, Dayton side parcel 03-24-14-3. This parcel contains the former Nature’s Edge. The applicants are proposing to operate the tavern/restaurant, a campground, a resort establishment and also a reception venue on the property. Currently the property is zoned as Agriculture and Woodland Transition.
