Property Taxes are paid to the Treasurer of the Town of Dayton. Taxpayers have the option of paying the bill either as a full payment that is due January 31, or as two installments that are due January 31 and July 31. Payment instructions are printed on the front side of the property tax bill that is issued to each property owner near the end of the calendar year. The reverse side of the property tax bill contains other information such as payment penalties, getting a receipt by mail, and loan assistance for the elderly.
