The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reviews and approves all activities that would affect State Road 22 including access, right-of-ways, or compatible adjacent land uses. Such activities might include installation or modification of a culvert, installation or modification of a driveway or any other excavation or filling activity that occurs in the highway or road right-of-way. Such activities might also include connection to a municipal sewer line. Please refer to the Waupaca County Highway Department for information about permits and fees on County Roads.
