Regarding Conditional Use Permit Requests for:
Mike and Holly Kuester, E971 Rural Road. This property is zoned as Agriculture and Woodland Transition (AWT) and currently has a structure, which is less than twenty-two feet in width. Chapter 34 Waupaca County Zoning Ordinance section 6.05 and Table 5.0 requires that any structure less than twenty-two feet in width used for human habitation be permitted through the Conditional Use permit process.
